As we approach our 50th anniversary, we’re working on our strategic plan and thinking about how we can evolve and grow in our coming years. 

We’ve been working with Andy Fife and his brilliant team at Fife Consulting to help us define and articulate the work we have already done and can do now to ensure a long and sustainable future for On the Boards, our community, and the artists we support.
