Kit Wyatt

Kit Wyatt is a Seattle-based burlesque artist and movement guide whose practice moves fluidly across contexts while staying grounded in questions around the performance of authenticity, construction of identity, and explorations of physical strength. Kit ha s performed with Velocity’s Bridge Project, Verlaine + McCann, Valtesse, and The Seattle Opera. With a BFA in Dance Dramaturgy from the Ohio State University to put to use, and 20 years of ballet training to try to waste, Kit sets out to create works that seek pleasure, play, and precision.
