Tommy Smith and Reggie Watts don't so much talk to you when they sit down to discuss their work as banter. No doubt this owes something to their process for creating Watts's onstage material, which involves Watts calling Smith up at odd hours with whatever ideas have popped into his head, so the two can discuss, write them down, come back to them later, and maybe somehow turn it into something.

This amazing being is native to the Seattle area but has been known to migrate around the world. Recently though, scientists have been able to find evidence of him nesting in the New York City area. Easily identifiable by his unique hair pattern he also has an extremely distinctive call that utilizes his massive vocal range and digital tape loop device to create songs that are part funk, part soul and part comedy.

First opening night party of 09/10! Oct 9, 2009

That's right - next week will be our first after-party of the year. It's an ongoing tradition that after the opening night of each NW Series performance we - OtB staff, the cast/crew of the show and you  - head down to the Sitting Room to celebrate and hang out. We tend to throw a decent party  and, while this will be a karaoke-less event, it'll be a good time.
