Schedule
Round 1 (1:00pm – 5:00pm): Teams will play the best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points
Round 2 (5:00pm –7:00pm): The 16 winning teams will play the best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points
Round 3 (7:00pm – 8:00pm): The 8 winning teams will play the best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points
Round 4 – semifinals (8:00pm-8:30pm): The 4 winning teams will play the best 2 out of 3 games to 21 points
Round 5 – final match (8:30pm): The 2 final teams will play best 2 out of 3 games to 21 points

Awards and Tournament Prizes
In addition to trophies for our winners, our referees will also award prizes for the following:

* Best team costume (extra points for sequins)
* Best smack-talking remarks
* Most artistic playing
* Most team spirit
* Best crowd cheer
* Team that tried the hardest
* Team that should stick to the arts

Tournament Logistics
Each organization is allowed to submit 1 official team. This team can consist of 2 players and an alternate. Players must be either staff or board members.

Here is a link to the International Badminton Federation’s LAWS OF BADMINTON.  The first rounds will be for the best two of three games, played to 11 points, rally scoring. The semi-finals and the final game will be best two out of three games, played to 21 points with rally scoring. OtB’s Sean Ryan will serve as head referee and will oversee referees for each game.

Food & drink….
We’ll have $1 beers (thanks Deschutes!) and water all day, and Russian dumplings after 5pm. Feel free to invite your friends to cheer you on!
